Fairly quick process with no pressure from sales people. Even though they offered us other items to supplement the sale, they accepted any negative reaction immediately and did not pressure us to buy. They were both kind and honest which I deeply appreciate, especially having a horrible experience at another dealership closer to my home(which I actually need to write a review about...). I was trying to get the best deal I could on a Camry. I compared not only the Blue Book Invoice Price, but also sent inquiries to a number of dealers on a Toyota Camry. The problem was that many dealers acted like they had the requested vehicle, so I made sure that dealers had the car model and acceptable colors in stock before actually talking price with a dealer. I found a lower advertised price for a car at another Maryland Dealer but Alan Soon told me they could match the price. They even threw in floor mats and mud guards. When I went to the dealer, everything went as promised. There was no additional haggling or attempts to upsell. I was very pleased. Alan is a professional who cares about the customer. He went out of his way in assisting me in finalizing this purchase. All from an internet inquiry and he was true to his word. (Not the experience I have had at other dealers). More
