I was trying to get the best deal I could on a Camry. I compared not only the Blue Book Invoice Price, but also sent inquiries to a number of dealers on a Toyota Camry. Since we were looking for an SE model, which most dealers have only one or tow, it was not an easy process to find the right color and price. Lisa was always very responsive to the myriad questions we asked and I really appreciated how up front she was with all information. Also, she was able to work with me to get me the best possible price. I must have contacted at least 12 dealers in the area, and Lisa by far was able to offer me the best price. Some other dealers did have similar prices, but the customer service was no good, or they were trying to sell me a car with 100 to 150 miles on it. Not Lisa. All the Fitzmall cars were in mint condition or just off the delivery truck from the Toyota factory. Lisa also went the extra mile to make sure I got the right financing rate, a good price for me trade in and to follow up with all other promised items.
