Although every team member was a pleasure to work with, including Sales Manager Tom who was straight forward and courtious from the minute we met, Renda who helped me understand my options and owners manuals and Erika who provided financial and warranty options, one particular individual, my salesperson "Lisa Lam," was especially outstanding. Lisa did everything I asked her to, including moving a bunch of vehicles to access those I was interested in. We drove them all. During the process, she listened to my needs and answered all my questions. Never once did she try and sway me into something I wasnt interested in - an experience inconsistent with those at competitor dealerships. All of this, and everything in between, ultimately led to my purchasing of the vehicle. Lisa Lam is the real deal - both as a person and as a professional. As a consumer, I'm as fussy and particular as they get - the product has to be right, or it wont be right for me. This experience made it right. I work nearby in Rockville, but live in Virginia -- even if my job moves back to VA I will certainly make a trip to Fitzgerald the next time I need a new Toyota. More

I got in contact with Lisa Lam as my sales associate. Lisa was great. She helped me with my purchase from start to finish. I never visited the dealership until I picked up the car on Saturday. I did everything either on phone or email. The price was just as quoted on their website. Lisa never pressured me to buy any thing I didn't want. When I arrived on Saturday the car was ready to go. I had already wired the money for the car and all I had to do was sign some papers and I was on my way back to New York. I saved $1600.00 from what I was quoted at dealerships at home.
