Hello "amp", in response to your review I would like to provide my findings. After a full investigation, I have come up with the following: 1) You called me on June 11th stating that you purchased this vehicle under the impression that it was never in an accident. You were convinced that there were mechanical issues due to the accident. I told you that we would never sell a vehicle to anyone without disclosing any and all information that we have on that vehicle. I asked if you would like to bring the car in and we would be happy to inspect the entire vehicle with you present. You declined. I told you that if you were not happy, I would be happy to unwind the deal, taking our vehicle back and giving you your trade-in back. 2) During our call, you told me you that were quoted a 4 year extended service contract at the time of delivery. You stated that since we had not disclosed the prior accident, that you would like me to provide you with this warranty at no cost. I explained to you that I would be happy to offer it to you at a discounted rate but could not just give it to you. You then replied that since I was not going to give it to you, you would go to multiple sites and post negative reviews about us. I call this extortion. We will not be extorted. 3) You purchased this vehicle on June 4th. I have a copy of a text that our used car manager sent to you on June 3rd that shows you were told that this vehicle had an accident reported by CarFax which you acknowledged 61 minutes after receiving our text. To me, it seems like you purchased this vehicle fully aware of the CarFax accident report. 4) Since our call, I have talked with the previous owner of your car, they told me about the minor damage that was done by the accident. I tracked down the body shop that performed the repair to your car and had them send me the breakdown which I have sent to you as well. The accident was very minor and nothing mechanical was ever compromised. 5) After receiving the report, you replied to me that the "attempted fraud" by my staff was purposeful and that you were unaware of the damage. You also said that you believe a warranty would be a fair outcome and would like to know what the reduced price would be. In my findings, I am convinced that our staff followed every one of our processes during this transaction and were completely transparent.
