He was clear, forthright, and direct in helping us understand what would be involved in this transaction, as well as the myriad new devices and features now gracing new models. He was VERY patient ("What? The brights aren't controlled by a button on the floor?"). We found him to be quite trustworthy and helpful, even calling us several times after we drove off in our 2018 RAV-4 hybrid, just to see how we were adjusting. This is our fourth purchase from Fitzgerald Toyota. These are the best cars I've ever owned (and that goes back a dozen cars to the '50s) and this is the dealership I would recommend. More
