He event encouraged us to take a day to consider the vehicle we really wanted (one of which wasn't a Toyota) because he wanted to know we'd be happy with our purchase. When they didn't have the color we wanted, Austin went to another dealership to bring it to us within the day and Chris went above and beyond to make sure we got the roof racks we wanted when we saw it didn't have them. I'd really recommend working with Chris. If/when we need another car, I'll definitely return to Fitzgerald. They really seem to put the customer at the same level as their sales. More
