As I sat there listening to other sales happening and customers being talked into things they may not need, I realized how lucky I was to get someone who really considered my life and my needs... not the other way around. My father even left saying that he had never experienced someone so thoughtful and honest in the auto industry. Edward has followed up three times (Email, two phone calls and a letter) and even sent me a thank you card...while in reality I should be thanking him three more times. I couldn't be happier with my car and I feel good with my decision. I went in that day to really just see my car in person... not in a million years did I see myself leaving having bought a car and I only felt comfortable doing so because of Edward. Everything was great The entire expirence was great. I wasn't looking into getting a Toyota but I came across a car on their website and thought I would take a look. The car it's self was pretty good but what sold the car was Chris Collins and a trainee by the name of leyland. Leyland kept me entertained and all the while explaining everything about the car to me. Chris was great. He found me the cheapest car on the lot (the exact same as the one I was looking at but cheaper) and I was very pleased. I'm recommending this place to all my friends and family everytime they ask me about my new car I DID MONTHS OF RESEARCH ON THE CAR PURCHASE AND DEPENDING ON THE BRAND FITZGERALD PRICES CAN NOT BE BEAT!! She knew the car (Santa Fe) and could answer all our questions, she listened, and she made good suggestions. She gauged our temperament (for lack of a better term) and hit the right level of subdued but firm assertiveness without being pushy. We liked the Santa Fe better than the Sport, but wanted to go home to compare at and compare notes just to be sure. We said we'd call. We did, and got an appt. last Friday. The whole process went well, and passed easily; and I HATE the process. We drove off in our new Santa Fe that night. More
