Nice guy, not pushy and put up with my attempts to be frugal (looking at a $11k car with a 15 yo trade in). He did what he could to sweeten the deal and I am glad he was my sales guy. He was clear, forthright, and direct in helping us understand what would be involved in this transaction, as well as the myriad new devices and features now gracing new models. He was VERY patient ("What? The brights aren't controlled by a button on the floor?").
