I was not rush or force into buying and the sales staff were not cut throat. Meaning the person i spoke on the phone was given first preference to continue the process when i arrived and only when the salesperson was sure that he wasn't around showed me the vehicle. The interest rate that i was getting from my bank was easily match, no hassle. I would recommend shopping at Fitz Mall. More

2 strikes and they are out On my first visit with my new preowned Sonata, they did normal service and checked for a slow leak in one of the tires. They could not find the leak a On my first visit with my new preowned Sonata, they did normal service and checked for a slow leak in one of the tires. They could not find the leak and I discovered a few days later that they left the tire they were testing way overinflated. On my 2nd visit, they did some extensive break work and I had checked the box to give me the old parts but that wasn't done and I didn't realize it until later. My confidence in these guys is low. Going to try another dealer for my next service. More
