R-E-S-P-E-C-T This was my first experience buying a new car. I wasn't sure which car I wanted - A Tucson, A Santa Fe or a Forester. So I test drove all of them. The salesperson Drew Huon explained each car to me as I test drove them. He was legitimately knowledgeable about the cars and I actually learned a lot. I wasn't ready to buy that day, and he in no way pressured me. After I left Fitzgerald I went to drive a Jeep Cherokee and the salesmen told me absolutely nothing about the car as I drove it. I couldn't believe what a big difference in customer service and salesmanship. After deciding on the Santa Fe, I returned to Fitzgerald to talk turkey. I went in well-armed with information and knew which price I wanted to pay. I was willing to walk out if I didn't get that price. And guess what? They beat that price!! Drew and the manager Kevin were great to work with. I was treated with respect and I wasn't expecting that after hearing so many bad stories about car dealerships. Drew even stayed late, until all of my paperwork was completed, to get in the car with me and connect my bluetooth and make sure I understood how to use everything. I don't normally write reviews but my experience was so superior I just had to in this case. I cannot recommend the team at Fitzgerald Hyundai enough. Especially if you are a first time buyer and/or a female. I won't go anywhere else! More
