We enjoyed the salesman, Chris Veres, but then had to endure two hours of pitches by an insurance guy (we already have insurance, all we had to do was call Geico to get the car covered), a woman trying to sell some kind of exterior paint coating, a strange fellow who made us wait while he smoked a cigarette before trying to help us get the car registered, etc. It was my impression that everyone but Chris -- maybe him too, don't know -- are freelancers, "independent contractors," who hang around the dealership trying to pick up business. None of them knew the least thing about getting a car insured, registered and license-plated in DC. It's like they'd never heard there was a big city nearby, Washington, with different rules, laws, regulations etc. Everything but chatting with Chris and actually driving the car home was pretty much intolerable. But the price was good, and the car is lovely. Just have to endure the hangers on. More

A pleasurable experience! I have spent a lot of time looking for a car to match my personality and for a reasonable price, of course. I have explored lots of car dealerships bu I have spent a lot of time looking for a car to match my personality and for a reasonable price, of course. I have explored lots of car dealerships but finally went to this fitzgerald lakeforest dealer. And I am so glad I did it! The Sales Consultant Ms Kuznetsova spotted me exploring the cars in front of the dealership, and when given the specifications and description of the car I needed she quickly recommended me the Scion FR-S car! Luckily, they had a special version of that car on display - absolutely fabolous bright-yellow colored twin-exhaust racecar! And then I understood:" Yes, it is the car I want". Olga described all the additional features of this car, so I realized that this is not just an ordinary race car but the masterpiece of engineering! All in all, thanks to professionalism of Sales Consultant Olga and a complimentary cup of coffee (thank you very much for coffee as it was really cold outside that day), the visit to this car dealer was a great experience! Since the purchase, I have utilized the Service Division for the scheduled warranty service. And, from time to time I stop in to purchase accessories or to seek help with questions and refine my understanding of the workings of my Toyota! I have without exception, had excellent experiences - exceeding any other experiences at other dealerships I've visited or purchased from over the past 45 years! Today, for example, I stopped in to see if Harmeet was there and would help me program/link my new iPhone with the Camry's Bluetooth. Harmeet was not there. A woman, with a name tag that read BRIANNA, approached. She lit of the showroom with her dazzling smile and warm welcoming manner and asked if she could assist me. I explained I was there to see if Harmeet would help me program/link my new iPhone with the Camry's Bluetooth. She explained Harmeet was not in until later that day and said she would be glad to help me. As she went through the process she also thoughtfully showed me how as well. We then spent some time discussing various accessories and in particular retrofitting heated seats. BRIANNA was very knowledgeable and articulate in all her communications. She followed up with a gracefully written email communication later in the day. How smart of the Fitzgerald's leadership to people their company with exceptional folks like BRIANNA HOOKS and HARMEET SURI! It's the continued encounters such as I had today with BRIANNA, and other occasions with HARMEET, that keep my husband and I committed to Fitzgerald's! I can get cars and service anywhere but I can't and don't encounter such lovely folks as I always experience at Fitzgerald's! More

This was my first time going to a dealership kind of place to get my car repaired so I was absolutely clueless when I entered the building. All of the staff that I spoke with were incredibly friendly and helpful and answered every question I had. From time of drop off to driving home, it only took about 1.5 hours to get everything done and it was fairly busy on this particular day!!! Overall, I am extremely impressed with Fitzgerald and I plan on returning/referring. More

I found my 2012 Toyota Highlander Limited Edition listed by Fitzgerald on eBay - from th I live in Virginia Beach, about 4 hours from this dealership. I found my 2012 Toyota Highlander Limited Edition listed by Fitzgerald on eBay - from the moment I called about this vehicle Olga was very helpful and quick with assisting me through the credit check application etc and answering my questions about the vehicle. I ended up taking a bus all the way up and Olga offered to pick me up at the bus station- she had a water and banana for me and even offered to get me a sandwich! She drove me the additional 30 minutes from the bus station to the dealership. Beforehand she helped speed up the process by processing some of the paperwork before my arrival. Once there she showed me all the ins and outs of the car, filled it up with gas and was very friendly the whole time :) I wish the dealership was closer so I could take advantage of the service center.. This was my first time financing a car and Olga made it a breeze! More
