I brought a Mitsubishi next from a dealer in Rockville who I later found out charged me an extra $1000 which was not revealed to me when I brought the car. After a lot of hassle and letters to every BBB type of agency (Better Business Bureau, JD Powers, MD Attorney General, etc.), the $1000 was refunded. When I wanted a new car in 1996, I went back to Fitzgerald and brought a Hyundai Tiburon, after the Tiburon, I brought a Hyundai Tucson; my third car in a row from Fitzgerald was a 2010 Hyundai Santa Fe which I still own. I went back to Fitzgerald for all my cars since 1996 because of the “no hassle price”; I’ve received discounts on the car prices without negotiating. Their service has been excellent on all the cars I have brought. The personnel in the service department are always cheerful and have a good sense of humor and don’t try to “upsell” on service, or parts. I’m especially impressed with one of the service representatives, Mr. Josh Krumpach. Unless something drastically changes I will purchase every car in the future from this dealership. Rupert A. I am encouraged by the fact that I recieved a prompt call from next level management to learm more abou the experience and try to resolve it. They seem to be aware of the issues at this site and I was told that they are working to address. More
Pete Musumeci and Phil Formichelli were great. Pete was great. We found a car and got everything together, he was right there and so accommodating the entire time. After discovering some major issues with the used car I bought I came back in to speak with Phil and Pete. They worked with me, indulged my arguments, and got me a great deal on a new Scion XB lease. They do listen when you have issues and try to resolve them. More

He took the time to show me my options for a used and new car and talked me through the entire process prior to starting the purchase. The went above and beyond trying to get me the best deal while making sure that I understood everything that was being explained to me. He introduced me to the manager of the store and worked with the Allstate represenative, David, to make sure that the best quote was given for a first time car owner. Sants took good care in explaining and detailing all the expenses of the car as well as the protection plans available. After all the paper work, Oscar congratulated me for my first purchase and made sure that I ubderstood the car and its functions and made sure that the car was warm before I drove away, a small detailed that was very welcomed since winter arrived in Maryland! Thank you David, Santos and especially Oscar for helping me with my first car purchase and making it an amazing experience! More

avoid this dealership I purchased genesis from this location. Sales person was richard han. I trusted him; however, after I signed all papers, price was not same as he guaranteed ans even higher than $1200. he told me that he will fix the price and will resend me finalized documentation. I agreeed and left a dealership. Now, he does not picking up my phone call. He also guranteed me a gift, but nothing. When I picked up car, car wasnt cleaned nor gas filled. I understand that it was 9pm, but no detailed and did not fill gas tank at all. Extremely disappointed. Don't go this stealership. More

I talked with many parents and friends about different places, and Fitzgerald Toyota Service Center was the one place people kept saying was fabulous. I went there after purchasing my first car, a 1999 Toyota Corolla, and it needed some work done. I was pleased to personally speak with the Service Manager, Gil Briggs, and he told me everything that would be done, the expected time and the cost. I have to say he was a pleasure to work with, was super helpful, and wonderful; I can personally see why he is the manager. I would HIGHLY recommend taking your car to Fitzgerald. The staff is so helpful and caring. They fixed my car the first time and I haven't had any problems since. The staff is friendly, helpful and very patient, even through me asking a thousand questions. I couldn't think of going anywhere else. I am pleased to say they surpassed my expectations. More
