All of the staff that I spoke with were incredibly friendly and helpful and answered every question I had. From time of drop off to driving home, it only took about 1.5 hours to get everything done and it was fairly busy on this particular day!!! Overall, I am extremely impressed with Fitzgerald and I plan on returning/referring. More

I found my 2012 Toyota Highlander Limited Edition listed by Fitzgerald on eBay - from the moment I called about this vehicle Olga was very helpful and quick with assisting me through the credit check application etc and answering my questions about the vehicle. I ended up taking a bus all the way up and Olga offered to pick me up at the bus station- she had a water and banana for me and even offered to get me a sandwich! She drove me the additional 30 minutes from the bus station to the dealership. Beforehand she helped speed up the process by processing some of the paperwork before my arrival. Once there she showed me all the ins and outs of the car, filled it up with gas and was very friendly the whole time :) I wish the dealership was closer so I could take advantage of the service center.. This was my first time financing a car and Olga made it a breeze! More

Great buys excellent service My first car from Fitzgerald was a Chrysler. I kept it until it was falling apart. I brought a Mitsubishi next from a dealer in Rockville who I later found out charged me an extra $1000 which was not revealed to me when I brought the car. After a lot of hassle and letters to every BBB type of agency (Better Business Bureau, JD Powers, MD Attorney General, etc.), the $1000 was refunded. When I wanted a new car in 1996, I went back to Fitzgerald and brought a Hyundai Tiburon, after the Tiburon, I brought a Hyundai Tucson; my third car in a row from Fitzgerald was a 2010 Hyundai Santa Fe which I still own. I went back to Fitzgerald for all my cars since 1996 because of the “no hassle price”; I’ve received discounts on the car prices without negotiating. Their service has been excellent on all the cars I have brought. The personnel in the service department are always cheerful and have a good sense of humor and don’t try to “upsell” on service, or parts. I’m especially impressed with one of the service representatives, Mr. Josh Krumpach. Unless something drastically changes I will purchase every car in the future from this dealership. Rupert A. Pete Musumeci and Phil Formichelli were great. Pete was great. After a HORRIBLE first experience with Woody, who insulted me and was no help to my mother and I, we gave this place another chance an Pete was great. We found a car and got everything together, he was right there and so accommodating the entire time. After discovering some major issues with the used car I bought I came back in to speak with Phil and Pete. They worked with me, indulged my arguments, and got me a great deal on a new Scion XB lease. They do listen when you have issues and try to resolve them. More

He took the time to show me my options for a used and new car and talked me through the entire process prior to starting the purchase. The went above and beyond trying to get me the best deal while making sure that I understood everything that was being explained to me. He introduced me to the manager of the store and worked with the Allstate represenative, David, to make sure that the best quote was given for a first time car owner. Sants took good care in explaining and detailing all the expenses of the car as well as the protection plans available. After all the paper work, Oscar congratulated me for my first purchase and made sure that I ubderstood the car and its functions and made sure that the car was warm before I drove away, a small detailed that was very welcomed since winter arrived in Maryland! Thank you David, Santos and especially Oscar for helping me with my first car purchase and making it an amazing experience! More
