avoid this dealership I purchased genesis from this location. Sales person was richard han. I trusted him; however, after I signed all papers, price was not same as he guaranteed ans even higher than $1200. he told me that he will fix the price and will resend me finalized documentation. I agreeed and left a dealership. Now, he does not picking up my phone call. He also guranteed me a gift, but nothing. When I picked up car, car wasnt cleaned nor gas filled. I understand that it was 9pm, but no detailed and did not fill gas tank at all. Extremely disappointed. Don't go this stealership. More

I went there after purchasing my first car, a 1999 Toyota Corolla, and it needed some work done. I was pleased to personally speak with the Service Manager, Gil Briggs, and he told me everything that would be done, the expected time and the cost. I have to say he was a pleasure to work with, was super helpful, and wonderful; I can personally see why he is the manager. I would HIGHLY recommend taking your car to Fitzgerald. The staff is so helpful and caring. They fixed my car the first time and I haven't had any problems since. The staff is friendly, helpful and very patient, even through me asking a thousand questions. I couldn't think of going anywhere else. I am pleased to say they surpassed my expectations. More
