We had an unexpected trip to make to Chicago and I was overdue for an oil change. I pointed them out to the salesman, Harmeet Suri, No problem he said, when I come back tomorrow, with the title for my trade in, they would "buff them out". Today I dropped off the title and inquired about the scratches, My sales guy was off today so one of folks on the front Desk, Neal Xing, offered to help. he wrote put a service request. I drove down to the service area, and they fixed it WHILE I WAITED!!! (3:30 in the afternoon !!!) What can one say about this team that Fitzgerald's Toyota has put together??? ----Wonderful! More

I dropped my car off last night for service. Was called at 8:30 am saying it was almost done, everything was fine, and it would be ready at noon. They had no explanation as to why my car was not ready and had trouble finding the ticket. Really? This is not an acceptable level of service. More
