We decided to take the vehicle home, and he walked us through the steps well, even giving us lunch while we waited! I had some more detailed questions that were answered by Amir Kaplan, and Nanvy Wilkes walked us through the final paperwork. Overall a great experience! More

We live in MD all this time and bought from dealerships in the area. Our recent purchase of a Toyota at Fitzgerald Lakeforest was unequivocally the best car-buying experience in our lifetimes. We used to absolutely abhor the process of buying a car, from the long waits (many times they did it on-purpose just to wear you out) while the salesperson went back and forth to the sales manager, and/or the usually-encountered condescending attitudes and high-pressure selling. This time, it was completely free and opposite of that. Lisa Lam was so professional, patient, honest and pleasant, we actually ENJOYED the entire time there, having picked the car (after her helping to evaluate model options and test driven 2 cars) that best-fit us at a very good price with NO time spent in price negotiations and that beat truecar.com and edmunds.com prices which I checked afterwards (if I included the complimentary Buyer Protection Plan they gave us). All car buying experiences should be like that! More

Each time we were thrilled with how personable, professional, knowledgeable and attentive that Caitlin was to our needs. In fact, after talking to her for just a limited time she was able to make several recommendations to us which we were thrilled to receive. Ten days ago it came time for me to purchase a new Tacoma. Caitlin was the only salesperson that we even considered working with because of our prior experience with us. I exchanged several emails with Caitlin with what I was looking for in a new Tacoma. Caitlin found one that was coming into the dealership with exactly that and put a hold on it for me. Within minutes of it arriving at the dealership I had a phone call from her that the truck was in. When I saw it I was absolutely thrilled! Caitlin did her usual wonderful job with the sale. Following Caitlin's portion we were turned over to Marcus Beverly the Finance Manager who completed the sale. We were also extremely happy with Marcus. With the Tacoma, it made 3 purchases from Caitlin in 10 months. While we don't expect to need another new vehicle for a few years we strongly recommend Caitlin and the Gaithersburg Fitzgerald team for those who are looking. More

We had an unexpected trip to make to Chicago and I was overdue for an oil change. I rushed our 149,000 mile 2000 Sienna in for the oil change and for the van to be checked and serviced as needed to prep f overdue for an oil change. Why did we use the 2000 vehicle for the long trip in sub-zero weather? Because we can! It's a Toyota, regularly serviced by Fitzgerald and most recently we have been working with the ideal service rep who should be used to train all others: Judith Riccio. Prices are always comparible to other service options and we find the people we deal with, Judith and now supervisor, Wes, to be always honest and great at setting our expectations. More

Just as I was about to take the new car home, I did notice a few scratches on the front bummer. I pointed them out to the salesman, Harmeet Suri, No problem he said, when I come back tomorrow, with the title for my trade in, they would "buff them out". Today I dropped off the title and inquired about the scratches, My sales guy was off today so one of folks on the front Desk, Neal Xing, offered to help. he wrote put a service request. I drove down to the service area, and they fixed it WHILE I WAITED!!! (3:30 in the afternoon !!!) What can one say about this team that Fitzgerald's Toyota has put together??? ----Wonderful! More
