I was in a situation in which I needed to be able to purchase a car the same day. I knew the model and features I wanted and had been to several dealerships without success. Judie went the extra mile an purchase a car the same day. I knew the model and features I wanted and had been to several dealerships without success. Judie went the extra mile and brought over a car from another branch and it met all my needs. He was friendly and courteous, and most of all helpful. He also knew when to seek assistance from his manager in order to be able to provide accurate information. He did not pressure the purchase in any way, which I appreciated. He also treated me with respect and communicated with me as appropriate , even though my husband was with me ( in other words, he did not just speak with my husband…the male… about the car), which I appreciated. Although it was near closing when we chose to purchase, Judie stayed late ( until 8pm) assisting with all the final preparations, and when the detail/wash department was closed, he said “bring it tomorrow morning and I will make sure it gets washed”…and he did! I also like the fact that at Fitzgerald the price you see is the price of the car and there is no haggling. Everyone at this dealership was friendly and the environment is clean, orderly, and equipped with drinks, snacks, and computer/phone access in the event that you have to wait. More

Since it was Toyota engineering i bought dealt with sales guy Axel. He was just ok. After 3 weeks the engine went up!! Took to my mechanic said was water damage. Had it towed back to Fitzgerald their machines asked me did i drive through any water, therefore promoting that there was water damage in that engine they sold me🤬 Not even a month old drove the vehicle no more than 6 times due to my work truck and bad engine was the diagnosis! They REFUSED to Replace engine which would of been the right thing to do but they didn’t! Dealt with Dwele in parts who was very kind but wasn’t allowed to do much.i had to pay over 3k for the engine and they didn’t even tighten some hoses with clamps like they were supposed to when i had it looked at after their work!! I met with Phil Formichelli when i picked up my tags (NOTE they ordered WRONG tags too) he acted as if he was going to refund some parts of my money but of course did NO SUCH THING!!
