Chris Canizales was both personable, professional, clear communicator, and efficient. Even though it was obvious I was new to this car purchase process, I never felt he took advantage of my lack of car purchase experience. I also never once felt pushed or persuaded by him. He agave us plenty of space to talk amongst ourselves. He also went above and beyond to try and help my son find the car he would be happy with.
