I received a phone call stating that my credit wasn't as bad as I had thought and that they would be able to help me get a car that fit my budget. I drove off the lot 3 and a half hours later with a 2009 Toyota Matrix. I was treated like family from the moment I arrived. They went over financing options, they wanted to make sure I was able to meet the financial obligations and that it was the right care for my wife and I with a baby on the way. As a first time car buyer i was over dealerships and what i like to call their "lets rip them off" attitude. So i was very surprised that i had such a great experience with Fitzgerald Germantown. First i highly recommend doing their online application for credit if money is your concern. I submitted my application and they got back to me within an hour or so and i decided to go ahead with a test drive. Tony was very friendly and informative during our test drive but also gave me the silence and respect to actually "test" the car instead of barraging me with 20,000 questions like most people do when trying to "sell" you a car. We got back to the dealership and sat down to talk about the terms. The whole process was over fairly quickly. They gave me a great deal on my trade in and an awesome price for my "new" (very lightly used) one year old Toyota Yaris they also gave me a call about a week later to make sure everything was going well. Fitzgerald is not about "selling" you a car, their goal is to put you into a car that fits your needs and budget. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a used car and will absolutely be using them the next time i am looking. More
