Patience and transparency! I called in late on a Friday night to discuss buying a Porsche for a friend's birthday. I spoke with Rich and he was amazing! I texted him all through the weekend to ask about other cars I was comparing and he answered every time and was super patient with me! I did not buy the car because my better half was not happy with the idea of spending so much money on a birthday present. I had left a deposit to hold the car while we worked the whole thing out and I offered it to Rich for putting him through the ringer and he said no thank you this is not how he does business and was more than happy to help! Who does that? Who turns down money? That is pure integrity! i will buy a car from Flemings some day and will absolutely call on Rich and recommend anyone else do the same! More
