Following protocols set forth by Lincoln corporate for warranty repairs (and an earlier failed fix at another dealership in Massachusetts) made for a true test of patience for all involved, but......all's well that ends well. Unsatisfied Car was left for oil change, fix the rear wiper and A/C check. First, when car was dropped off to my wife she noticed the front plate was off and ran Car was left for oil change, fix the rear wiper and A/C check. First, when car was dropped off to my wife she noticed the front plate was off and ran the driver down to ask where it was. Instead of coming back because he forget to switch it with our loaner he told her it was in the front seat and drove off. Was willing to let it go since i can obviously put a plate on but then got in my car and saw the rear wiper hanging off Second time this has happened with this dealer. Had to reach back out to my contact and ask what would be done about the wiper.....three days and still no answer. There is also nothing on the paperwork about the A/C being checked. Would have given a 1 but i assume the oil was done ok More
