Just purchased my third vehicle from Flood Ford Narragansett. I purchased another Escape (can't remember who from) and continued to have my vehicle serviced at the dealership. Stephanie's attentiveness to detail makes servicing my car so streamline that when it became time to trade in my second Escape I went back and was pleased to see that Dave Bailey had returned. Can't say enough about Dave's customer service. He arranged for me to take a Lincoln out overnight to test drive, had one of his associates (Tim) sit with me and review all of the "bells and whistles" to train me on my new ride. I have never had so many people comment on my car. My response to all is a quick one "go see Dave Bailey he will exceed your expectations, make you feel you were treated fairy in the process; and you'll have some fun too". More

I purchased my vehicle here as well as the extended warranty. The purchase went smoothly and I have since traded it in. I realize it isn't a sale but I was still a customer and have done this with other dealerships in the past, never has it been this difficult. I've left 4 messages and finally 5th time was a charm I reached someone! However, I have yet to receive the paperwork. I have called corporate as well, they weren't all that helpful either, so I probably will not ever be getting a Ford in the future. I may personally not have gotten a ford, but our company still purchases Fords and only Fords, so they should really treat their customers well even if it isn't through a sale. I hope I can get my refund some day. It's been about one month now and I have gotten nowhere. More

They absolutely earned our business by earning our trust through their professionalism and empathy. We recommend Flood Ford Service without reservation, whatever brand of car you may have. When we decided that we would work with Flood Lincoln Ford of Narragansett for a new vehicle, the Service Department was genuinely grateful for our decision and directed us to the best car salesman with whom I have ever worked. Robert Bell took the time to understand our needs and our desires for our next engagement and recommended a solution that perfectly met them both. His personal empathy and knowledge of the car business from soup to nuts really impressed us. We were never pushed toward a solution, that we were given ample time to make our decision, and the total solution put us far ahead of where we were when we started our work with the dealership. I visited flood ford for the second time looking for a lease situation that would work for me, It was the end of the month & very busy in the show room. Jason was fantastic. He had a lot going on but was very helpful and attentive. I took a quick test drive and then needed to catch a ferry. Jason said that he would get some pricing for me and be in touch later in the day. He called a few hours later saying he was still working on getting me the info but wanted me to know he was working on it. He called back again with said info. I went back into the dealership the next day in the " 11th hour". It was again very busy but Jason was right there to meet me. I took another test drive and then sat down to work on getting the lease put together. Jason got things started and as we waited for credit approval he had another customer. He continually checked in and a fellow sales associate Robert Bell sat with me and got the rest of the paper work put together. I felt very well taken care of. I was never left sitting alone and was actually quite entertained. Always good to connect with people & enjoy their company. I thank both Jason & Robert for their help, attention & hospitality !!! Everyone I dealt with was courteous, friendly, and helpful and when I have had to return to the dealership this atmosphere of the customer is a priority always prevails.
