Good evening! My name is Vadim German and I am very upset about this review and I will try to change your opinion. Think about it. You are the customer who drove long way to the dealership and the car did not start. But you want to buy a good car. Correct? As an owner of the dealership I need to have a good car otherwise I have no chance to sell it. So our goal is the deal about good car, if it is bad there is no deal. In this case if the car is good you and me would be satisfied. Am I correct? So if the car does not start we both dissatisfied, no matter if I smoke or not. You did not buy I did not sell. Of course I apologize about that too but I am smoking.I know it is bad and I try to quit... Anyway. We both dissatisfied and my people made you to drive a long way to see that the car did not even start. Should I tell them thank you? To my employees? I do not think so, and I am sorry again I do not want to discuss my methods how to work with people, I am sorry again.Since that conversation in front of you that you saw that guy everyday starts 30-40 cars that he suppose to do even before you came but he did not do it, but since that time he does it and we are selling right now 20% more cars that we were selling that time when you came to our dealership. By the way we moved to a new address. You can check it on our website www.floridacarsusa.com. Now we have a huge mechanic shop so our cars are even better at the time of sale. I am sking you to reconsider your review because no matter I smoke or not our goals - your and mine - at the deal about the car are the same: you need to buy a good car I need to sell a good car.We both need a good car!
