FFF gives auto dealers a bad name. They sold me a car that had a faulty air bag system, so that when I had it, if we were in an accident, the air bags would not have deployed. On top of that, I was sold that had a faulty air bag system, so that when I had it, if we were in an accident, the air bags would not have deployed. On top of that, I was sold a car with the front right tire coming apart, and nails in two of the other tires. The clutch in the car just happened to come apart 700 miles later, so I am out 4,600 bucks on the BMW car. Don't be fooled by the expensive cars in the lobby or on the lot, these guys are slimy, and they don't care. They have no ratings from NAIDA or any professional associations, or for that matter, none that are current. They supposedly have a mechanic who is certified BMW, yet he could not fix the airbag issue, so I had to do it myself. Avoid FFF! Ask them for a satisfied customer! More
I was sold a car that had no manufacturers VIN # anywhere on the car. The only Vin# on the car was issued by the Florida State DMV. But yet a title search come up as Clean. How can a car have a clean carfax on the car. The only Vin# on the car was issued by the Florida State DMV. But yet a title search come up as Clean. How can a car have a clean carfax ( which it does )when the only VIN was issued by the DMV? it does not say the car was salvaged or a theft recovery. Two independent mechanics have verified the car is a salvaged car and has been in a big accident. I filed a formal complaint with the Florida DMV which was a complete waste of time and an exercise in futility. The dealer manager "Ralph" claims that what I am saying is impossible and that "all our cars go through a rigorous 125 point inspection before being sold." FFF and "Ralph" will do nothing for me. DMV will do nothing for me. Catfax will do nothing. So I have to default on the loan because the car is dead and i cannot afford to fix the myriad of problems that have surfaced during the ast 6 month. Ralph and FFF are the true definition of "used car salesmen" Do not buy any vehicle from them without first doing a title search and also have your own mechanince go over the car completely. FFF sucks. More

I went to the dealer because of the low prices. Its all a scam - these cars look good on the outside but they're all junk. The car started to give me problems 3 weeks after I bought it!! My advice - You get scam - these cars look good on the outside but they're all junk. The car started to give me problems 3 weeks after I bought it!! My advice - You get what you pay for. Don't buy here becuase it is cheap, because you will end up paying later. These cars are all rigged up and my mechanic says I made a big mistake. ****Not Recommended!!**** More
