I was in the market for a new car and was trying to decide between a mid-size suv or a sedan. I have always liked the look of the RX 330/350 and the IS250 but had not ever driven either one. I had other makes on my list of choices as well but wanted to start narrowing down my selection. My husband and I went to Flow Lexus on a Saturday evening and even though it was almost closing time, Wally Gordon, a salesman was most helpful and took the time to show me the vehicle along with explaining some of the available features. I made an appointment to come in the following weekend for a test drive. Once I had the opportunity to take a look at the other makes on my list, Lexus remained on top and after test driving the IS250/IS350, I had made my decision. When I went back with my husband, Wally wasn't available to help and Paul Richardson was the salesman who helped with with my test drive. I drove both the RX 350 and the IS250/IS350; during the test drives Paul was very informative and helpful, providing information related to the construction of the vehicle and the many changes made over the years for customer satisfaction. I left the dealership to take a look at a few other makes I was interested in and after a few hours, I had decided that I definitely wanted a Lexus but was having trouble deciding between the RX and the IS model. Paul helped me look at all the xxxxxxand con's of each vehicle providing helpful suggestion along the way. After much debate and discussion, I decided on an IS 350, pearl white with black interior, however there was not one on the lot. Paul researched the inventory being received by the dealership and discovered that one was scheduled for shipment exactly like I wanted. We went ahead with the paperwork and I was given a loaner RX to drive until my vehicle was delivered. I was left with the impression that I was the most important customer of the day, which is how every customer should feel, even though there were many more at the dealership working with other sales people. When I left with my loaner, I knew I had made the right decision to go with Flow Lexus. I picked up my new car yesterday, 3/24/11 and received what I will call the "star" treatment and felt like I was the most important person there. I will definitely recommend Flow Lexus to anyone who asks and to contact Paul to help with their purchase. More

I have driven Lexus for 20 years and all purchases and/or leases have been through this dealership. My experience this time was my best: Scott Hunter was helpful, knowledgable, quick to respond to our requests, and appeared to be genuinely interested in helping us make a good decision. Due to recession economy we felt we got a very fair price. The financial manager and the sales manager were also pleasant and helpful. No one seemed in a hurry to get us "sold" and out the door. Also, my experiences with the service department at Flow are positive overall. While I personally do not need all the glitz offered in their physical facilities, as long as my experiences remain on the level I've known so far, I will continue to take my business to them. We continued to look but found the car at Flow Lexus to be the best value. We went back and asked for Wally, negotiated a fair price, bought the car, and have had nothing but positive experiences since our purchase. So much so that, we just bought a second car from Wally. I intended to look for a Lexus SVU to lease, but when I saw the 2010 cherry red Lexus 250HL to purchase, I was smitten. Wally Gordon, whom I had never met, greeted me at the entrance and was a delight to get to know. He never pressured me to make a decision and was glad to move the car from the showroom so I could drive it, during which I fell in love with the car. Wally was very patient with me, showing me how to use all my new gadgets including the mouse which controls nearly everything. This is my fourth purchase from Flow Lexus. It will not be my last unless my new car and I grow too old together to drive. I don't know if I could have gotten a better deal from another dealer, but I am satisfied because they took my 03 Highlander and my 09 Smart Car as trade-ins and I have a payment that I can afford, giving me 3.9% loan which is better than I can get from my credit union. I have been back to Flow Lexus twice to get my car washed, and the last time they did a routine check-up without my even asking and at no charge to me. Whenever I go by there, I have to say hello to Wally; I have a new friend whom I trust. We found that we have friends in common. Needless to say, I am more than satisfied with Flow Lexus in Winston-Salem and Wally Gordon, in particular. More
My experience in buying cars from Flow Lexus in Winston-Salem has been outstanding. My wife drives an 08 RX (loves the SUV) - first dealership where she feels welcome and never asks me to take her car in for service as she sometimes did before she bought from Flow - very friendly toward women. I test drove different cars there a half dozen times over the past year before finally buying a 2010 and then a 2011 RX AWD; they were extremely courteous and knowledgeable each time about each vehicle. In the past year I bought a black 2010 RX with few options off the lot, and also ordered and bought a silver 2011 RX with the exact options I wanted - which SUV I now have had for about a month. Love my RX - best car I ever owned. The 2010 was great but the 2011 is better. Flow gave me a great deal on price, so though I was very tempted to buy elsewhere and did look and price elsewhere, Flow earned and deserved the business. I probably over thought ordering a 2011 RX, but I wanted a silver one with AWD, NAV which is bright and clear, parking assist which I never had before but like a lot when backing into parking spots, and the Mark Levinson radio (it is better than the regular radio but I'm not sure it is enough better...). After I took delivery Wally Gordon took close to an hour to show how everything worked, set up my phone, enter some numbers and voice dials, and set up some options in the NAV and show me how to use it - there are a lot of options that can be tailored and we went thru most. I was also introduced to the service people who were good, and if I had ever taken my 2010 in more than twice for oil changes I could probably remember their names! I used their free loaner RX one time when getting service - excellent experience also. I would strongly recommended my friends consider buying from Flow Lexus and Wally Gordon in particular. More
