Buying an ES300h Lexus JJ was a very personable salesperson and Flow's facilities are excellent. It was odd that given all the cars in stock it only had one ES 300 hybrid. I was a little disappointed that my car's interior was more brown than the the lighter interior of the car we test drove. The 400 page owner's manual is overwhelming! It would be nice if Flow had classes for new owners. However, there is no question that my beautiful Red Lexus is the quietest car I'll ever own. More

As time has passed and Flow's Winston location was born, Russ Miller has become my go-to-adviser, and has exhibited the same Lexus knowledge, attention to detail, and courteous service that makes Flow (and Susi) famous. Russ just handled the 10k service on my RX450h -- including a cargo-door recall adjustment -- and I was back on the road in no time.
