I’m done with Flow for good. I will never buy another car there or let them touch any of my vehicles again. These people don’t just waste your time—they bleed you dry. Three hours for an oil change at $160 is outright robbery. And before anyone says it was a one-time mistake, this has been the case the last three times I went in. I had an headlight assembly replacement for my Mazda CX-7. This was an experience of getting this fixed! On 10/21/22, I had a scheduled appt. at 8 am and the part ordered was for the opposite side of CX-7. This was an experience of getting this fixed! On 10/21/22, I had a scheduled appt. at 8 am and the part ordered was for the opposite side of the car. Keep in mind, I took off work, drove an hour to have serviced, and waited over an hour to receive the news that they had the wrong part for the vehicle. I was quoted one price for the replacement and labor, $1083. Then, we rescheduled for an appt. when the part came in. The installation was to take 1,5 hrs, plus a discount was to be applied for my inconvenience the Friday before (wrong part was delivered to Mazda I was told), and totaled the same amount that I was quoted for the entire repair of $1091. I went to my car and shared with the service dept. my original quote of $1083, which didn’t have a discount applied. They were going to charge me today the same amount as originally quoted without the discount. With the proof of originally, they discounted the invoice. I had to bring this to their attention and if I hadn’t, my discount wouldn’t been applied. The discount was very low and should have been more with inconvenience, travel time, wait time for two mornings (missed work), and gas. I haven’t been pleased with the service that I have received at this location and wish other locations were available for Mazda. I also don’t think the employees are real happy here or that is the impression I was given. More
