I miss Brown Subaru's service department. Nothing against the front desk workers who've always been polite and helpful, but with Brown's ownership there were way less attempts to charge me for bogus reasons. the front desk workers who've always been polite and helpful, but with Brown's ownership there were way less attempts to charge me for bogus reasons. Seems like every time I have to bring in my vehicle they list $500 of "immediate maintenance" needed on a 3 year old vehicle. All wiper blades listed as torn and not one of them torn as I'd just replaced them a month prior. Also funny how the cabin air filter is always flagged as being dirty yet completely clean when I pull it out to check. I'd recommend an honest locally-owned mechanic over this dealer any day. More
