I have taken my car there for a rattle in the front end for 6 months now. They have yet to figure it out. They have been making efforts, but no success yet. My recent visit they thought they figured it out for 6 months now. They have yet to figure it out. They have been making efforts, but no success yet. My recent visit they thought they figured it out, I was fine, then told me that I couldn’t bring it back because I didn’t qualify for a loaner. Guess I’m not valued enough to be fixed or provided a loaner when their car isn’t running correctly. Don’t get me wrong, the mechanic and my rep are working hard, but their values seem a little off. I also purchased an extended warranty I have no idea what it covers. I’m constantly told “not this” but when I purchased I was told “everything but cosmetic”. Ps - don’t ever buy from Umansky, their sales team are greedy and will try to pull one over on you constantly. More

I came in for an oil change. I forgot that my car needed to be inspected but the representative caught it and was able to have my car inspected.
