I was brought in by a friend approximately 2 hours after having been T-boned in my car. It was totaled. I was still in shock. I had planned to get a new car just before I retired and had the one in mind I having been T-boned in my car. It was totaled. I was still in shock. I had planned to get a new car just before I retired and had the one in mind I was saving for. Having to move that timeline up a couple years was not in my plan. After looking at all the cars I was now considering, my friend told Quincey about my "dream" car; a black on brown Outback Touring. At the moment, he advised he did not believe you all had one in stock but one could be found and brought in. Unfortunately, I didn't have the time to wait. My only car had just been totaled. He went to get the keys of a similar model (we weren't real excited about the color combination) but instead, Quincey came driving up in the EXACT car I had hoped to purchase in the future! He hollered "Look what I found!" The car had literally just come in! It had been a horrible afternoon, but all the folks we dealt with made a very difficult time much more bearable. Everyone was so kind and helpful. They even understood that I had no desire to test drive the car after what had just happened. In fact, I didn't even take it home that night. We arranged for pick up the next morning when I might be feeling better. Thank you all for such a good experience. I HATE buying cars to begin with. This experience made the world of difference to me. I also had rain and splash guards installed later that week. Everyone was so nice an pleasant. Very helpful. More

I did order some crush rings and oil plugs for my wife's Subaru and received the wrong size even after I double asked if these were correct. They just looked small and I didn't have one with me to verify. Had the car in the air and no oil. Had to make a trip back to get the correct sizes. Did get a 100% refund and proper replacement of full purchase without asking. I appreciated that. More

Everyone was encountered was very friendly and knowledgeable. My only concern was once we bought the car (signed all the paperwork), it took the service department about 2-3 hours to clean and det knowledgeable. Once the car was ready, the salesperson was with another customer and was very rushed explaining everything about the car. We felt a little frustrated that we weren't given more time for explaining the car and answering questions. More
