There was only one specific problem with the car that I told you about when I brought it in. When you called me to talk about it and when I picked up the car -- it was clear that no one on your team had ev told you about when I brought it in. Furthermore, without even experiencing or hearing the problem (it was an audio problem), you recommended to me a software update for $67, which had literally zero benefit to me in any way. More

Rachel was terrific. She was polite, friendly and informative and followed up on my visit in a manner that was not intrusive. For some reason or other, there were constant calls from someone else to my SC residence which were a bit annoying. All in all, I like Umansky and their service department. We ultimately went in another direction, but that was no fault of Rachel's and should we decide to buy another car, we will definitely specify her. More
We appreciated the very prompt service. The Service Advisor worked hard for her bonus and was very helpful. UMansky made a lot of additional recommendations, but failed to notice that our oil chan Advisor worked hard for her bonus and was very helpful. UMansky made a lot of additional recommendations, but failed to notice that our oil change was overdue. We did receive an email the following day to notify us that according to their records we had not had an oil change in 2 years. I would like to include that the technicians are excellent. We have never had an issue with any repairs over the past five years. I do feel that your Service Manager could definitely use some training in interpersonal skills. Thank you More
We were traveling and noticed something wrong with brakes. Luckily, there was an authorized Subaru dealer close. Umanasky got our Subaru in quickly, diagnosed the problem as brake issues and repla brakes. Luckily, there was an authorized Subaru dealer close. Chase and Gail were awesome! During my state inspection, Umansky found an issue with my power window. Chase tracked down the part, made sure it was covered under warranty, and had it ready to be installed Umansky found an issue with my power window. Service on vehicle took 7 hours longer than we were told. I am 8 months pregnant and was made to sit in the back seat of a mini van with 4 other people in the vehicle in the middle of COVID19.
