my new car had a dead battery twice in one week creating a terrible situation for m!!!-I was not happy! Everyone was very understanding, gave me a great loaner, and tried to solve the problem. Apparently I do not drive enough to keep the battery charged which seemed weird to me! I now have a battery tender which must be plugged in! I am not happy about this-technology needs to create a battery for people who do not drive enough! Not sure the battery is fully charged yet. Everyone was very nice even though I was not the nicest person to deal with at that point! More

When I purchased the car, it needed a timing cover gasket replacement and a full detail. I received a "we owe" signed by Tom the sales manager for both items. They were to call when the part came in. After a year, I called them and asked if the part is in yet. They said they forgot and would do so asap. After another month, I called again and asked if the part came in. They said that they forgot and would have it ready Monday. I brought the car in the Sunday before expecting to pick it up Monday night. I received a voicemail saying that it would not be ready Monday night. I assume that they forgot to order the part a third time. When I picked up the car, they let me know that Tom did not authorize the full detail even though I had a "we owe" with his signature. Chase, the service manager, could have cared less about this and just wanted me gone. I left completely confused about the incredible lack of service. More
