My appointment was for an oil change and to resolve issues with car GPS/maps/navigation. The next day I put an address in and it could not even search. It took one word in my friend's address ("Trail" issues with car GPS/maps/navigation. The next day I put an address in and it could not even search. It took one word in my friend's address ("Trail" Road), and erroneously tried to start search through "trail system". I then had to switch to my cell phone for navigation, which worked perfectly. Oil change done incorrectly. Oil cap not put back on tight enough. Oil leaked all over my driveway. Car started to smoke, had to my car towed to the service department. Although I was told I that a check for reimbursement of the tow was put in the mail, from Gail, I was so inconvenienced. And now my driveway has a huge oil stain.
