My car was scheduled first thing in the morning (around 7:35am) for same-day service at 9:45am: oil change and a check-engine diagnostic. When Darcy asked me when I'd like it back I stressed the need to leave town by late afternoon, so ideally 2-3pm (5 is enough time for an oil change and an engine light diag, no?). It turns out that because they started the day with a backlog of cars from the prior day PLUS one guy was on vacation (the clerk admitted to both of these), I had to leave my car overnight for NEXT DAY SERVICE. Expressing what an inconvenience this was, Josue told me that he would have to bump someone else if he prioritized me, rather than admit that Umansky had ZERO business scheduling me for service if the service garage was already running behind. Either your management got: (1) greedy with pushing staff to schedule as many cars as possible, (2) sloppy with coordinating cars out and cars in, or (3) a disappointing combination of the two. The cost to me? I had to postpone an out-of-state trip from Charlottesville for a death in the family AND I must now look for a new Subaru service center. The kicker was that on the white board in the manager's office, employees and managers had, in their last pep rally/meeting, written the lines "Customer service first!" and "We're taking it to the next level." If you can't live up to them, these are just cheap slogans preached by sloppy managers. More

Service department was exceptional. Scheduled my appointment quickly, greeted me when I arrived, and was very upfront about the time schedule.
