Darcey Serio met me at the service desk with a smile. My 2018 Outback was in for it's 10K service. She offered a courtesy ride home but I wanted to wait. She said she was going to check the car in after we 2018 Outback was in for it's 10K service. She offered a courtesy ride home but I wanted to wait. She said she was going to check the car in after we went over the detailed service plan for the car. She said it would take about an hour and a half and guided to the coffee before I went in the waiting room. I was met by a friend and we went to breakfast and Darcey said she would call when the car was ready. She called as planned and I arrived back to pick up my car. Darcey check the service documents and I paid for the service. She walked me to my car where it was placed after service. ALL IN ALL this was an excellent experience and Darcey was very professional. She made me feel very comfortable and enjoy the experience. I highly recommend Umansky Subaru to anyone that wants great service. Well done !! More

Our Forester is almost 1 yr old. We had the Polycoat service performed as well as our 2nd oil change and inspection. They allowed us to drive a car home since we live 45 minutes away & services took 6 h service performed as well as our 2nd oil change and inspection.
