Our Forester is almost 1 yr old. We had the Polycoat service performed as well as our 2nd oil change and inspection. They allowed us to drive a car home since we live 45 minutes away & services took 6 h service performed as well as our 2nd oil change and inspection. Excellent. Because I live so far away, I needed to wait. They put me in a nice clean environment in the sales room where I could do some paper work. Upon picking up car, Gail explained everything in simpl They put me in a nice clean environment in the sales room where I could do some paper work. Upon picking up car, Gail explained everything in simple "Senior citizen" language that helped me understand. Gail Wyatt is terrific as is the lady who signed me in. Every female driver should be taken care of by those two. I had a brief exchange with the mechanic whose name I also failed to get, but he was outstanding. Kudos to all the staff.
