George Alphin is the best service manager I have ever dealt with. He is a good listener....he is a good problem solver and he goes the extra mile to make the customer happy to rectify the car issue! This was for replacement of a head light which got water inside of it & wouldn’t burn. There was no charge since the vehicle is under warranty.
