He offered to reschedule or to give me a loaner car. I opted for the latter and within 15 minutes I was in the car and on my way. I was texted/emailed/called that evening that my car was ready to be picked up. I returned the following morning and it was ready. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is that at check in I gave the service rep a coupon for a free inspection sticker, and that was not applied to my final bill, but when I pointed it out, they quickly applied it More
