My entire experience with Umansky was great . Never once did I feel pressured into buying a car. All of my questions and concerns were answered immediately. When I bought my car they said they did an oil change but less than 6 weeks later it said I had no oil. They said I had a major oil leak and wanted to take care of me telling me not to worry about down payme less than 6 weeks later it said I had no oil. They said I had a major oil leak and wanted to take care of me telling me not to worry about down payments or selling my car back to them that I would be "taken care of" since I was sold a car with a $3000 problem. They only had suggestions for high milage and dirty cars then wanted another $1000-5000 down payment and on top of all that they would only buy the car back significantly less than what I bought it for. A few months later I go to top off my oil at their dealership to find out it didn't have an oil leak. I don't know if it was a scam to get me into another car or if their mechanics just don't know what they are doing. Either way I was sold a car with basically no oil in it which also means they didn't do a proper inspection and I spent months worrying over an oil leak that wasn't there. I'll never buy another car from any umansky dealership. More
