I was told my service would take 6 hours. It actually took 7.5 hours. When I called at the 6 hour mark, I was told "15 minutes". 45 minutes later, I was told "15 minutes". I was called 30 minutes later, and was told "10 minutes". Throughout the process, I attempted to call a few times, and always had to leave a message. No one ever called me back until the end. I was texted a number, and told to text that number with questions. I texted it, and never received any responses. When I dropped my car off, I had the all-weather mats in the floorboard. Someone in service opened my carpeted mats, which were in my trunk, and laid them down when they were done detailing. I didnt ask for this, and didn't want this. Overall, it was a frustrating experience. More

Subaru service center always gets the job done well and leaves my car clean after working on it. All the staff are super helpful and friendly. They are always helpful and pleasant. I am not sure of the names of the young lady and gentleman who helped me in the service department are😳. But they were wonderful. The customer service was great! I was able to drop off my car on a Saturday morning and they diagnosed the problem and the repairs were completed by the afternoon.
