While we thank you for the review, we did recommend a starting point for your repair. We performed proper diagnostic at no cost to you, according to Subaru Policy and found code P2096 Fuel Trim System to Lean. We recommended replacing both O2 Sensors, but do advise that there may be further underlying issues and the O2 Sensors would be a starting point. I apologize you feel like we did not offer you the service you expected, but will be more than glad to complete the repair should you choose.
