While we thank you for the review, we did recommend a starting point for your repair. We performed proper diagnostic at no cost to you, according to Subaru Policy and found code P2096 Fuel Trim System to Lean. We recommended replacing both O2 Sensors, but do advise that there may be further underlying issues and the O2 Sensors would be a starting point. I am sorry to hear you had a less than extraordinary visit. It definitely does not reflect the normal level of customer service we provide. Reviewing your history, it does look like in May your Legacy had a valve cover leak repaired. To be fair, with any vehicle with over 100,000 miles on it, there can be multiple leaks, but without looking at the vehicle there is no way for us to honestly say what is currently happening. There is always a chance that the gasket has failed or there is another leak elsewhere.
