Had state inspection, oil change and tire rotation done for my wife's 2018 Forester. Easy online reservation system. Easy check-in. Price is a bit on high side but for simple tasks OK. So-so checkout: need for my wife's 2018 Forester. Easy online reservation system. Easy check-in. Price is a bit on high side but for simple tasks OK. So-so checkout: needed a shuttle to get to the dealership and it was difficult to schedule it due to dropped phone calls to the Service Dept. adviser and VERY poor quality of connection to the shuttle driver's phone. Advice to the management: get your shuttle driver a better phone or better plan! More
