I had a very pleasant experience in getting my car inspected on July 30. The young man at the service desk (Juan, I think) was very friendly and most efficient. When I came to pick up my car, he had inspected on July 30. The young man at the service desk (Juan, I think) was very friendly and most efficient. When I came to pick up my car, he had the sad task of telling me that I need a very expensive repair (head gasket) and he did it in a very kindly manner and with a lot of information. So I left knowing what I need to do. Now that is good service. More
