My wife had an accident because of a brain tumor and I needed to replace my car quickly; Leslie met with me, test drove various models; Outback was choice; care and compassion shown by Michael (Sales Mana needed to replace my car quickly; Leslie met with me, test drove various models; Outback was choice; care and compassion shown by Michael (Sales Manager) as well as Leslie because of wife's diagnosis...allowed for a loaner so would have transportation until my car could be made ready. The transaction was effortless, allowed trade of car that was scheduled for repair and took that responsibility out of my hands....everyone has done everything necessary to make this a pleasant and easy experience including Ned Galloway, the Business Manager.
