I brought my car in for an oil change. The service rep asked if I wanted an oil change and tire rotation (the website had a price for just an oil change). I said that the car didn't really need a tire rotation due to low mileage since the last oil change, but if I was going to be charged for it anyway, go ahead and do it. When I picked the car up I noticed that I was charged the full price, and the rep had written "customer states do not rotate tires". Not sure where he got that that idea, since it was the exact opposite of what I had actually said. Umansky needs to let the customer see what the rep has actually written on the service order and sign off on it when the car is dropped off for service. Now I'm a bit peeved that I paid for a tire rotation that didn't actually happen. I'll still recommend them because this is the first time I've been unhappy, but I will also know to watch them like a hawk in the future. More

Another good experience with the service dept. They were up front on costs and options. I did not get a reminder sticker on the window for an oil change and Chris took care of that right away. Chris, at the Service department, and his team were super. We took our car in for a state inspection and in the process they discovered a faulty boot in the front suspension that needed repair before super. Chris contacted the extended warranty company and got the approval for the repair. So glad they were thorough in their inspection ... other places could have missed the faulty part. Thank you all!
