This dealership is better than 'Good. ' Service advisors are friendly and know the automotive business. the premises are welcoming and friendly. Gail was extremely helpful in explaining my bill and showing me what to show Auto Zone where I had purchased my battery. Subaru had tested it and it showed the deficiency of the battery. Since I purchased the battery last September and I had the receipt, Gail encouraged me to go back to Auto Zone and get a new battery. I did as Gail suggested and Subaru's test results were accepted and I got a new battery. Thank you Gale! More

Have always taken my car in for service, from the time I bought it new at the dealership. Have always been happy with the care they have given my car. Darcy Serio has away of explaining to me in a way tha bought it new at the dealership. Have always been happy with the care they have given my car. Have complete confidence and trust in her and the service department. When my car needs service. I have to take a day off from work to have it done. That's without pay. The dealership has always been good, but I'm really disappointed after my most recent visit with Subaru as my car is only two years old, but the sunroof now makes a horrible sound when driving if the w disappointed after my most recent visit with Subaru as my car is only two years old, but the sunroof now makes a horrible sound when driving if the windows are open and the sunroof closed; I was informed I could pay to replace. Also, I learned there is an electrical short in the panel that controls the map lights, specifically, the driver's side map light that results in the light not shining as bright and intermittently not turning on at all. I could also pay to replace, but how this isn't covered in a car that is only two years old is beyond me. Finally, there is an audible rattle that just started after my 60,000 mile inspection that requires significant labor charges to find source. Again, not necessarily a reflection on the service provided by Umansky, but nonetheless, the above makes it hard to write a good response. This should be a nice car and require little maintenance at this time. More
