From beginning to end the personnel whom I interacted with were courteous and kept me informed of status. Waiting area and bathroom were clean. My 60,000 mile service and state inspection went well. I was very grateful for a loaner car so I could continue with my normal activities. When I picked up the car there was a minor "system display" err I was very grateful for a loaner car so I could continue with my normal activities.
