The Sales Department needs a tune up. I asked for a copy of the contract featuring the 500 deposit and was told that I would receive an email. I did not. I called and was told again th I asked for a copy of the contract featuring the 500 deposit and was told that I would receive an email. I did not. I called and was told again that it would be sent. It was not, it took weeks to get the document. I spoke with Troy and he sent it to me. I was belittled for not choosing to get the poly coating. When I was notified that the car had arrived I called to make sure that we had the same price in mind. The number was $600 more according to Patrick and after some "research" he discovered that the difference was my forgoing the pc. Upon writing the check I was asked if I had already provided any money (wouldn't they know that already?). The guy did the math in his head and gave a number that was $5,000 less (instead of $500) ! I looked puzzled and he turned the BOS around and said oh no this is the number. I asked on Next Door what people's experiences were with US and it was either good or terrible, more the later than the former. There is a trust issue in the community. PS I was asked to sign off on the car before I had a chance to look it over. I had to insist that Patrick bring it around so I could take a look. I went over the add ons line by line. He seemed perturbed. It was not a pleasant experience at all. More
