Chris was a WONDERFUL Service Technician. I had mistakenly had servicing done on my car at a non subaru shop. They used the wrong transmission fluid and killed my transmission, in addition th I had mistakenly had servicing done on my car at a non subaru shop. Chris went out of his way to help me understand the problems so that I could get everything fixed and my Subaru back on the streets again. I will ALWAYS go to Subaru for Servicing in the future.
