I do apologize that you feel like your full concerns weren't met. With the ticking noise you have, and being a quart low on oil, our first step would still be changing the oil. After that, if the concern persist, we would them begin looking at the internal cause. A lot of times it is as simple as just making sure oil level is correct. If you would like us to proceed with that, please do not hesitate to let us know. Our goal is to provide each and ever customer with a pleasant experience and a vehicle that operates as designed.
